Being appointed as a director also results in important (corporate) responsibilities, and therefore also potential liabilities. In several events, such as bankruptcy, or late filing of a tax return (or annual report), the director of a Dutch company can be held personally liable for financial damages.
Your dedicated corporate secretarial officer can work closely together with your country manager or alternatively act as your country manager on your behalf. Please note: our Company Secretary Service does not involve a statutory appointment at a company board level.

Getting started – What we need from you
Most of the companies that we support on an ongoing basis have also been established by Bolder Launch. In case your company has already been incorporated without the help of Bolder Launch , we can still assist your company, and appoint a dedicated Corporate Secretary to perform full support.
Contact our team, and share your company details and statutory documents, so we can discuss a personalised timeline and plan of action, based on the requirements of your company.
