If needed, Bolder Launch can also register your firm as Employer in the Netherlands, and/or apply for the wage tax number.
Starting your Dutch payrolling in 5 simple steps:
Step 1. Prepare documents
Provide your passport copy, proof of address, and company extract so we can prepare the accounting intake form.
Step 2. Complete the forms
Complete and sign the Payrolling Intake Forms for each employee.
Step 3. Provide documents
Provide the signed agreement, together with the passport copy and proof of address of the employee.
Step 4. Salary calculation
Our Dutch payrolling team will prepare a salary calculation so you know what kind of employers’ expenses and taxes to expect.
Step 5. Drafting first salary slips
During the first month of employment, you can inform us of the exact working hours of your staff, so we can send you the first salary slips in time, before the end of the month!
Note:Before we can issue the first salary slip, the Employer must be registered in the Netherlands and obtain a wage tax number. Bolder Launch can assist with such wage tax registration. It takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks to obtain a wage tax number in the Netherlands.
