The ICT permit is an ideal intracompany transfer of a staff member. How do you obtain a residency permit for your staff?
If you intend to employ a new staff member with a University degree, the European Blue card might be most suitable. One of the major considerations is the minimum salary requirements, which you can check at the IND website.
However, in case the employee owns more than 25% of the shares of the business, the residency schemes might not be available for the employee.
