     • Submit an Application: Complete and submit the application for recognition as a sponsor to the IND, providing necessary information about your company’s structure and operations.

     • Await Approval: The IND will assess your application. Once recognized, your company will be listed in the public register of recognized sponsors, allowing you to employ highly skilled migrants.

   • Once your company is recognized, you can proceed to apply for a residence permit for the highly skilled migrant. Here’s a step-by-step overview:
     • Step 1: Verify Eligibility
       • Ensure the prospective employee meets the IND’s general requirements, including having a valid job offer and meeting salary criteria.
     • Step 2: Prepare Documentation
       • Gather required documents, including:
         • A fully completed application form (submitted by the employer).
         • A copy of the employee’s passport or identity card.
         • Proof of the employment contract, including salary details.
         • Any additional documents relevant to the specific circumstances of the employee (e.g., intra-company transfer documents, academic qualifications).
     • Step 3: Submit the Application
