Shenyang Song

Shenyang Song completed his Bachelor of Law at Beijing University in China. After passing the Chinese bar exam, he worked for two years as an apprentice lawyer at a firm in Beijing.

He also holds a master’s degree in Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (2022). Afterwards, he joined Bolder Launch in January 2023 as our Legal Officer. He supports clients with a wide range of corporate legal matters, ensuring compliance and smooth operations within the Dutch jurisdiction. His primary focus is guiding businesses through the legal aspects of establishing and growing their presence in the Netherlands, providing practical solutions and expert advice every step of the way.
